World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King

It's now totally official. Well, technically it was official on July 28th because on that day, Blizzard was granted the trademark, "Wrath of the Lich King". This was granted for three things. The actual expansion itself, the TCG, and guides of all kinds. So, now that we know the official name, can we assume 100% that we are going to Northrend in this expansion?
